All Department communications mentioning or generally about tolling authority through the Value Pricing Pilot Program sent to either the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, Office of Innovative Program Delivery, Federal Highway Administration, the United States Department of Transportation, or subordinate units.

Of greatest interest is any communication which refers to New York State's consent as part of a request for tolling authority, including those which refer to withdrawal, delaying or withholding of consent.

Notes with regard to scope:

* Approximate dates would be from the start of January 2023 to the end of June 2024;
* Phrases potentially responsive to search would be "Value Pricing Pilot Program", "Congestion Pricing", "Central Business District Tolling Program", "Congestion Relief Zone."
* The primary sender may be the Governor of New York State or the New York State Department of Transportation or subordinate offices.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
