According to the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services, the 2023 application for the Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) Operations Grant Program were due on June 26, 2023.

Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
- A copy of every grant application submitted, including all budgets, grant narratives, and other relevant information, for consideration for grant funding from the 2023 Public Safety Answering Point Operations Grant Program.
- Documents sufficient to show the full list of approved grantees and amounts for grant funding from the 2023 Public Safety Answering Point Operations Grant Program.
- A copy of every reporting document submitted by all approved grantees for grant funding from the 2023 Public Safety Answering Point Operations Grant Program.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
