Any emails sent between Nidhish Patel, P. E. of New York City Transit and Robert Gomez, P. E. of New York City Transit between the months of July 2017 and December 2017.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

If possible, I would like all emails sent between Mr. Patel and Gomez during the specified time period. If the request must be narrowed, then I modify my request to include all emails containing the keywords "CBTC," "signal," "signals," "7 train," "thales," "siemens" and "flushing."

NYC Transit does not have an employee whose name is Nidhish Patel. Our records indicate that there are several employees with the last name, Patel. I have been informed by "IT" that a search cannot be performed without the correct spelling of the employee's first name.

Is it possible the employee has left NYCT? From a different public records request, I am seeing that Nidhish V. Patel received an NYCT salary from at least 2009 to at least 2017.
