Ms. Watkins,
This correspondence is in response to your request for financial disclosure statements for Manhattan DA candidates Alvin Bragg, Dan Quart, Tahanie Aboushi, Janos Marton, Eliza Orlins, and Tali Farhadian Weinstein.
In accordance with Executive Law §94(19) and the Commission’s regulations for accessing publicly-available records (https://jcope.ny.gov/system/files/documents/2018/07/19-nycrr-part-937revised-10312017.pdf), the responsive publicly-available records conforming to your request are attached. Please note - the Commission only receives financial disclosure statements from State officials and employees, statewide elected officials, and members and candidates for and staff of the legislature. As such, we would not normally have such records for candidates for local office such as a DA. You may wish to contact the New York City Conflicts of Interest Board for the other records you requested.
