All reports and memoranda sent from the New York state Justice Center for the Protection of People With Special Needs ("Justice Center") to the New York state Department of Corrections and Community Supervision ("DOCCS") between April 1, 2022, and the fulfilment of this FOIL request that mention any of the following: the "Humane Alternatives to Long-Term Solitary Confinement Act"; the "HALT Solitary Confinement Act"; the "HALT Act"; "HALT".

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
