Copies of all Labor Standards Complaint Forms (LS223) filed by employees of businesses located in Delaware County, NY, since 1996, including companies owned and operated by parent companies in other regions of the United States and the world with facilities in Delaware County. Additionally, I would like to request any and all records pertaining to Task Force Hotline reports of lack of safety equipment, retaliation, forced labor, or other issues filed via telephone by employees of companies located in Delaware County, NY, since 1996.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
