• Disciplinary actions and/or investigations and/or decisions

This information concerning his employment and volunteer history is provided to help you locate his records:
• 2003 to 2005 — New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene; Medical Director for Special Projects, Office of the Executive Deputy Commissioner
