We are contacting you to expedite a response to your FOIL request.   Please consider limiting this request to NOVs from a particular DEC region or NOVs seeking to address violations of a particular program area.  Also, please be aware that our response will be limited to NOVs that address violations that have been resolved or withdrawn, to eliminate instances where no violations were found or involve active enforcement matters (POL 87.2e). If we do not receive your reply within two weeks of the date of this message, your request will be denied. Without specific information or clarification, the records are not "reasonably described" within the meaning of Public Officers Law §89(3)(a), and we will close this request in our system.
