Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:

Copies of all surveys, analysis, screenings, and/or evaluations given to K-12 students during the 2021-2022 school year.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

This request is very broad. Can you please clarify what you are seeking?
For instance, evaluations could mean every quiz or test, in every
classroom. We are better able to respond if you can clearly define what
records you are seeking.

Good point. Let's remove evaluations that would includes tests and quizzes, and focus the search on social / SEL / CRT / DEI / CSE based surveys/analysis/screenings/evaluations that do not include core academics like reading/writing/arithmetic. However if core academics are mixed in/combined with social/SEL/CRT/DEI/CSE, please include those.

Dear Mr. Lloyd,

Thank you for clarifying your request. The district conducted a student
climate survey in January 2022. This is the only such survey including the
topics you have requested information on. Attached are the student
results, in detail. The district only surveys grades 5-12. The survey is
an adaptation of the following survey tool:
