Thank you for your response, but after review, it seems your response is not respondent to the following request
"Copies of or information regarding surety or public school system faithful performance bonds and contact information for the bonding agent covering the board members as required by Subdivision 2 of Section 11 of the Public Officers Law and Subdivision 2(d) of Section 170 of the Commissioner's Regulations."
Please advise on completion timeline.
From: Burnt Hills-ballston Lake Central School District, Ballston Lake
You have asked for copies of or information regarding surety or public school system faithful performance bonds and contact information for the bonding agent covering the board members as required by Subdivision 2 of Section 11 of the Public Officers Law and Subdivision 2(d) of Section 170 of the Commissioner's Regulations (emphasis added). Subdivision 2 of Section 11 of the Public Officers Law and Subdivision 2(d) of Section 170 of the Commissioner's Regulations do not require school districts to maintain surety bonds covering board members. Therefore, the school district does not have documents responsive to your request.
From: Jackson Parker
As you can see from other districts, they have been more than capable of responding promptly with their insurance policies which provide the indemnification of officials who are required by law to give bonds for the faithful performance of their duties.
