Hello,
I requested "-For each of the months January 2023 - December 2024, the number of exemptions from Subsidized Work Activities due to lack of available child care granted to people in each county."
You told me you did not have these records, and to submit my request to OCFS. I sent the request to OCFS, and they told me: "We believe your request is a reference to 18 NYCRR 415.8(b), which only pertains to the exemption from work activities due to lack of child care for Please reach out to the Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance."
Do you have that data?
Julia
