Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:

Any policies, procedures, protocols, memos, directives, and/or guidelines concerning the use of barrier devices (e.g. gates, chains, ropes, fencing, or similar) within the Port Authority Bus Terminal and/or the 42nd Street Subway station complex.
Any policies, procedures, protocols, memos, directives, and/or guidelines concerning limiting access between the Port Authority Bus Terminal and its points of entry (e.g. the use of door locks or barrier devices), including at the street-level and at the Subway-level.
Any policies, procedures, protocols, memos, directives, guidelines, schedules, maintenance records, and/or work orders concerning the maintenance of doors between the Port Authority Bus Terminal and its points of entry, including street-level doors and Subway-level doors.
Within the last 5 years: Any invoices, contracts, statements of work and/or reports concerning the installation, maintenance, repair, and/or replacement of doors between the Port Authority Bus Terminal and its points of entry, including street-level doors and Subway-level doors.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
