In accordance with Executive Law §94(19)(a) and Commission regulations for access to publicly-available records, I request Financial Disclosure Statements received in Calendar Year 2019, where the submission is from a Political Party Chair as defined in Public Officers Law § 73(1)(k).
Per definition, the scope of this request includes Political Party Chairs at the level of State, as well as Political Party Chairs at the level of County (where the County has population above 300,000 or where the Chair receives compensation in excess of $30,000 in a calendar year).
Please also include, in comma separated value (.CSV) format, an list of persons covered under this definition.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
