Applicable records may include Financial Disclosure Statements; notices of civil assessment or settlement agreement; documents required to be disclosed pursuant to Legislative Law Article 1-a (the Lobbying Act); and Substantial Basis Investigation Reports issued by the Commission pursuant to Executive Law §94(14-a) and (14-b).
