All meeting minutes, monthly progress reports, draft reports, slide decks, and other work products related to the work performed under Contracts #151553 and 151533-1 regarding RNG potential in New York State.
Please limit the search window to 2/19/2020 to the date the search is conducted.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Good Afternoon Madeleine Stone-
The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority ("NYSERDA") requires additional time to process your request and review the responsive records to determine whether the records fall under an exemption contained in the NY Public Officers Law section 87(2). I note that this request and your February 2, 2024 request (see below) appear to be seeking the same records. Please advise whether either the February 2 or March 18 can be withdrawn as duplicative. NYSERDA anticipates completing your request, unless you advise us to withdraw it, by June 28, 2024 and will let you know if additional time is needed. Thank you.

The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority continues to review the emails and attachments responsive to your Freedom of Information Law request. This review includes determining whether any information should be withheld from disclosure under the exemptions set forth in NY Public Officers Law section 87(2). I note that any emails or attachments which include proprietary, confidential, or business sensitive information are required to undergo an additional review by ICF as set forth in NY Public Officers Law section 89(5). This additional review entails NYSERDA seeking a confidentiality justification letter from ICF, ICF reviewing each responsive email and attachment sent to it and drafting a letter to NYSERDA with its confidentiality assertions.
Given this, NYSERDA anticipates completing its review of the responsive records no later than September 20.
