Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
All email correspondences (including email attachments), meeting minutes, and presentation documents from meetings between NYSDERA officials and ICF energy consultant Maurice Oldham that contain one or more of the following search terms:
> Renewable Natural Gas
> RNG
Please limit the search window to email correspondences and meetings that occurred between January 1, 2020 and April 1, 2022.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority continues to review the emails and attachments responsive to your Freedom of Information Law request. This review includes determining whether any information should be withheld from disclosure under the exemptions set forth in NY Public Officers Law section 87(2). I note that any emails or attachments which include proprietary, confidential, or business sensitive information are required to undergo an additional review by ICF as set forth in NY Public Officers Law section 89(5). This additional review entails NYSERDA seeking a confidentiality justification letter from ICF, ICF reviewing each responsive email and attachment sent to it and drafting a letter to NYSERDA with its confidentiality assertions.
Given this, NYSERDA anticipates completing its review of the responsive records no later than August 30.
