Any statements of financial disclosure -- including but in no way limited to supporting documentation, such as exhibits; notices of delinquency; notices of civil assessments; terms of settlements of complaints or referrals that include a fine, penalty, or other remedy; records required to be made publicly available under the Lobbying Act; and Substantial Basis Investigation Reports issued by the Commission on Ethics -- for the following individuals:

- Thomas Loughren, former commissioner, State Commission of Correction

Please note that while I've listed these individuals' latest available titles, I am interested in any such records filed during the course of their civil service.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
