Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request materials pertaining to two liquor licensees:
-The liquor licensee with serial number 1012397, and/or trade name "MARCO POLO RESTAURANT" (possible alternate spelling: "MARCO POLO RISTORANTE") and/or premises name "345 COURT ST CORP"), where the address is 345 Court Street, Brooklyn, NY (Kings County).
-The liquor licensee with serial number 1232746, and/or trade name "ENOTECA ON COURT", and/or "MARCO POLO TAKE OUT LLC", where the address is 347 Court Street, Brooklyn, NY (Kings County).
The scope of materials to be searched should be restricted to the calendar year 2000 and later, where they fit into the following SLA FOIL Subject Matter List categories (from "SLA Subject Matter List" dated January 2016, attached):
+ Licensing Materials
+ Board Materials / Secretary’s Office
+ Enforcement
+ Counsel’s Office
+ Public Information
+ Hearing Bureau
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
