No. SGC-31-23-00010-P), including documents concerning the economic and fiscal impact analysis")

January 09, 2025 RE: FOIL Request R000007-010925 Dear Julia Rock, I am writing regarding your Freedom of Information Law request, number R000007-010925, received on January 09, 2025. You requested: Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of the response to FOIL request "R000138-080224" (full text of request: "A copy of the complete rule making file for the regulations adopted by the NY Gaming Commission concerning "Sports Wagering Advertising and Marketing" (8/2/2023 NY Register I.D. Some information has been redacted per Public Officers Law § 87(2)(b), where disclosure would constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy. Responsive documents, or portions thereof, have been withheld or redacted where they consist of inter-agency or intra-agency materials which are exempt from release per Public Officers Law § 87(2)(g).
