I wanted to follow up on the following New York Freedom of Information Law request, copied below, and originally submitted on Sept. 5, 2019. Please let me know when I can expect to receive a response.

Mr. Brown,
Please be advised that I am in receipt of your Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) request dated September 9, 2019 for, "1) Any email correspondence (emails sent and received from) between university athletic department employees and Herman Frazier of Syracuse University, from Jan 1, 2016, through August 1, 2019." The Freedom of Information Law states in part that an applicant must "reasonably describe" the records sought as shown in §89(3) of the law. In your request you do not give the email addresses of "Herman Frazier" or any of the "athletic department employees". Without the email addresses, a search for the records you request would not be productive. If you can more reasonably describe the records you seek then I will attempt a search for any records that may be responsive.
Sincerely,
Brian T. Hines
