(1) Grand juries empaneled in New York County from approximately December 30, 2020, to May 23, 2021; and/or
(2) Grand jury presentations in New York County from approximately December 30, 2020, to May 23, 2021; and/or
(3) Indictments voted in New York County from approximately December 30, 2020, to May 23, 2021.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Please be advised for requests (1) and (2) that records are not maintained in a manner which permits practical retrieval because the Office of Court Administration does not categorize or index records in the manner requested.
For request (3), there were 1,105 indictments filed with New York Supreme Court from 1/1/2021 through 5/23/2021.
Pursuant to Public Officers Law ยง 89(4)(a), you have thirty (30) days to take a written appeal of this determination. You may appeal by writing:
