Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:

Hello. I am looking for information on illegally targeted civilians in their home city. I am a victim of covert harassment that has resulted in several types of damage to not only my personal life, but my home,finances,life(body,mind). I need any and all information on programs in the united states, including: Cointelpro, Main core,PRISM,Special collection services. Also i need all information on all information concerning (WBSN) wide-body sensor network,implants,technology.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
