From: Department of Health and Mental Hygiene
Dear Katherine:
The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) does not have the data that was collected during business inspections, including the ventilation data. The referenced form was developed to assist businesses with compliance and was not collected by the Health Department. We recommend reaching out to the Mayor's Office of Special Enforcement, who conducted business inspections during COVID-19 emergency as some indicators related to air filtration may have been captured at that time.
I am sorry that this agency could not be of more assistance to you.
Sincerely,
Bernadette O'Donnell
