Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:

Please be advised that we represent Christian Tsoutsouris for personal injuries he sustained on 9/8/23 in front of 113 McDougal Street, NY NY. NYSID 6047361N
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Law, we are requesting the following information:
1 - All records, reports of violent assault that occurred on 9/8/23, in front of a bar located at the above referenced location;
2 - Any other documents relating to this accident;
3 – Any arrest reports for Roger Scott related to the occurrence on 9/8/23
3 - Any photos taken at the above-referenced location on the date of the subject incident;
4 - A copy of any internal accident reports pertaining to the above-referenced.
5. Aided report
6. Surveillance video obtained from Minetta Tavern as part of the investigation.
