Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:

Any internal communications, communications with Bigbelly, Inc., or interdepartmental communications with the Department of Information Technology & Telecommunications about the implementation of WiFi service distributed compactors (see article below), especially regarding safety and data security issues.
