From: R W

Thank you for your partial response to the request of records. There appear to be at least a couple dozen more complaints for incidents that occurred on 5/30/2020. I'd like to reiterate the request is for all the complaint report documents and allegation records for 5/30/2020.

I would also request that these either be produced in the required 5 business days, or provide a reasonable expected date for the fulfillment of the remainder of the request.

If you need to prioritize review of records for partial responses, complaints involving allegations of Use of Force can be prioritized to be completed first. But to confirm, the request is for all complaints for the requested date.

From: Civilian Complaint and Review Board

Hello,

Please be advised that some of the records that are potentially responsive to your request, CCRB’s investigation into them are currently ongoing. Public Officers Law § 87(2)(g)(iii) permits the CCRB, as an independent City agency, to deny access to records that are “inter-agency or intra-agency materials which are not . . . final agency policy or determinations.” Accordingly, we will not be providing records pertaining to those complaints until the investigations are completed so as not to adversely affect the investigations.

Also, you should have received an e-mail from the "donotreply@records.nyc.gov" notifying you about the partial production and anticipated date for the fulfillment of the remainder of the request. I have copied the text of that e-mail below.
