Copies of any and all contracts and communication between the New York City Police Department and Wintego Systems, and any final reports generated and delivered by Wintego Systems to the New York City Police Department over the past 5 years.
"Wintego develops advanced communication, intelligence, and data-decoding solutions for the government and homeland security sectors. Our solutions are designed to overcome various operational challenges and enable field agents to carry out effective operations in complex scenarios," according to the company's website, which can be found here: http://www.wintego.com/
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
