In my prior dealings with city agency FOIL requests, I have seen the city proffer dates 60 days ahead as the expected completion date, only to further delay by 60 days on that date. More than one agency illegally repeated this at least a half dozen times.
Can I expect this FOIL request to actually be completed on or before December 19 2023? If not, I will not hesitate to appeal on grounds of constructive denial.

Comprehensive org charts for the department of education are not currently available. I have just drafted a separate request for up to date org charts, and will submit it soon.
Absent this information, it is nearly impossible to provide myself the clarification and narrowing you request. If possible, I encourage you to suggest a list of roles from the 17 offices shown in the most recent org chart, and the names of people employed in those positions from January 1, 2020, to now.
