Dear Colin Lecher:
The NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) acknowledges receipt of your Freedom of Information Law request and has assigned it the control number indicated above. Due to the current COVID-19 emergency, DOHMH is focused on responding to the city's public health needs. Like other city agencies, all staff not essential to this response are working remotely. Under these conditions, it may neither be physically nor technologically possible to conduct the document collection and review required by the Freedom of Information Law at this time. If you have not heard back from us within 20 calendar days, please contact us for a status update, and we will try to provide you with an accurate estimate of how much additional time will be needed to respond to your request under the current circumstances.
Thanks,
Bernadette O'Donnell
