All "process-related documentation" related to the Electronic Voting System. Requested documents include "standard operating procedures (SOPs), manuals, quick start guides, FAQs, intranet/knowledge base (KB) content, KB content categorization, and KB management."

For these reasons and based on the estimated time it will take to search, sort, and/or compile the records being requested, we anticipate the assembly and review of any available documents will be completed on or before ninety (90) days after the date of this notice. Please note, this timeframe may be modified depending on changing conditions.

Your request will be forwarded to the appropriate staff as soon as possible. When staff is available, a search for any responsive records will be conducted and the results will be sent to the Records Access Office. You will be contacted in writing and advised if any records responsive to your request are located and, if subject to disclosure, when they will be available for review.

Should you request copies of such records, pursuant to the New York State Public Officers Law §87(1)(b)(iii), there is a fee of 25¢ per photocopy of documents nine inches by fourteen inches or less. For larger documents, the actual cost of reproduction will be charged in accordance with Public Officers Law §87(1)(c).

The BOE accepts cash, money order, or a corporate check made payable to the Board of Elections in the City of New York. Please be prepared to pay for the reproduction costs, if any, when you pick up the materials.
