I am writing to submit a formal request to obtain body camera footage related to an incident involving Jarad Anthony Higgins, professionally known as Juice WRLD, that occurred on August 18, 2018.
To assist you in locating the relevant records, I would like to provide the following details:
Name of Individual: Jarad Anthony Higgins (Juice WRLD)
Time: 16:20:00
Arresting Officer: Veloz Ariel
Incident Date: August 18, 2018
I kindly request that the body camera footage be provided in its unedited and original form, capturing the incident as it occurred.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
