All internal and/or interagency memos detailing Freedom of Information Law policies and/or practices sent or received between December 31, 2021 and the present.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

I write in response to your FOIL request below, emailed April 22, 2022, (and followed up on with a separate email on with a separate email on April 27, 2022) seeking:

All internal and/or interagency memos detailing Freedom of Information Law policies and/or practices sent or received between December 31, 2021 and the present.

Before a determination can be rendered, further review is necessary to locate records, and assess the potential applicability of exemptions. Please be advised that this office receives numerous requests per month, which causes delays in our ability to respond to each request. Therefore, we estimate that we will be able to respond to your request within 60 days of this letter, but hopefully somewhat sooner.
