In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I write in response to your Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) request below, emailed July 7, 2022, seeking:
All instructional materials, manuals, and training materials published between June 1, 2019 and the present that mention the "Joint Command Center," aka the "JCC."
Before a determination can be rendered, further review is necessary to locate records, and assess the potential applicability of exemptions. Please be advised that this office receives numerous requests per month, which causes delays in our ability to respond to each request. Nonetheless, we estimate that we will be able to respond to your request within 90 days of this email.
