Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
1. A copy of any of the "clear video of the entire incident" referenced by FDNY Chief of Department John Hodges in an email following an appearance by Attorney General Letitia James on or about March 7, 2024
2. A copy of the talking points provided to deputy chiefs concerning the investigation into members who booed Attorney General Letitia James.
3. A copy of the "department regulations" referenced by Jim Long in a statement to the New York Post, available at https://nypost.com/2024/03/09/us-news/fdny-boss-laura-kavanagh-hunts-down-staffers-who-booed-ny-ag-letitia-james-cheered-for-trump-at-promotion-ceremony.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
