Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
Copies of any and all correspondence sent and received by and among NYC DOT staff (including without limitation all email correspondence sent to or from any email address within the @dot.nyc.gov domain) referencing or pertaining to Dyckman Street, including the Dyckman Street protected bike lane, during the following time periods: March 28, 2019 through April 24, 2019; and July 9, 2019 through August 8, 2019.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
