Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
All complaints submitted via phone, email, mail, the NYCHA website, other online portals, electronic communications, or in person to the New York City Housing Authority regarding any passenger elevators at NYCHA housing developments. Please limit the scope of this search from January 2013 until the time this request is processed.
In order to help to determine my status to assess fees, you should know that I am a journalism student. The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
I am willing to pay fees for this request up to a maximum of $25. In the event that the fees will exceed this limit, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter.
I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
