Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
Copies of any and all correspondence to or from New York City Council Member Justin Brannan and to or from personnel in his office (including without limitation all email correspondence sent to or from any email address within the @council.nyc.gov domain) referencing or pertaining to Intro 1478, a bill to establish a NYC department of animal welfare (linked below), from January 1, 2019 through November 30, 2019.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
