Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:

All records and documentation, from initial application to present, that discuss or describe HPD's Award in 2018 of 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC's) for the Woodlawn Senior Home project sponsored by RiseBoro Community Partnership Inc. ("Riseboro/Woodlawn Project").

The project in question is new construction in Bronx County at the addresses of East 233rd Street at building numbers 63, 69, 83, and 85. The PDF from HPD describing the project's award is attached to this message.

This request is meant to be comprehensive of all HPD records for this specific project.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
