Records and official correspondence held by the Taxi & Limousine Commission pertaining to the Revel Transit Inc. FHV base.

The following records pertaining to Revel Transit Inc. are of interest:

• The original application for a base license (which should date to no earlier than the year 2020) and all associated materials;
• Any and all subsequent renewals of the base license and all associated materials;
• Any and all applications to change status of the base and all associated materials;
• Any and all Environmental Assessment Statements from the base and all associated materials;
• Any and all correspondence between the TLC and the principals of the company.

Please *exclude* any and all Trip Records as irrelevant to the search.

The New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission (TLC) has reviewed your request in accordance with the Freedom of Information Law (FOIL). Pursuant to § 87(2) of the New York State Public Officers Law (POL) your request has been partially granted. The requested information has either been partially redacted or withheld pursuant to § 87(2)(b) of the POL.
