Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:

Former President Donald Trump is scheduled to sit for a virtual interview on Monday June 10 with a New York City probation officer from his home at Mar-a-Lago. I am requesting:

- Pre-Sentence Investigation (PSI) Report: The comprehensive report prepared by the probation officer, including all sections and attachments.
- Interview Notes: Detailed notes taken by the probation officer during the pre-sentence interview with Donald Trump.
- Risk Assessment Results: Any risk assessments or scores, including but not limited to the LSI-R (Level of Service Inventory-Revised), COMPAS reports, or other standardized assessment tools used during the investigation.
- Background Checks: Records of any criminal history or background checks conducted by the probation officer as part of the pre-sentence investigation.
- Collateral Contacts Reports: Summaries or reports from interviews with family members, employers, or other relevant individuals contacted during the pre-sentence investigation.
- Personal Records Reviewed: Any documents provided by DOnald Trump that were reviewed during the investigation, such as employment records, educational certificates, or treatment program attendance records.
- Probation Department Policies: Copies of the probation department’s policies and procedures regarding the preparation of pre-sentence reports and the conduct of pre-sentence interviews.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Please be advised that your request is denied as the requested records are exempt from disclosure pursuant to Criminal Procedure Law § 390.50. Pre-sentence report as well as any materials related to the preparation of a pre-sentence report are confidential and cannot be released without a court order.
