Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
1. Any and all contracts between the City of New York and NYC Bike Share, LLC, including any amended and/or restated agreements pertaining to the bike sharing program commonly known as "Citi Bike."
2. Any and all correspondence, including letters, emails, text messages, and any other writing, between the Department of Transportation of the City of New York and management of the private housing development known as Stuyvesant Town / Peter Cooper Village from June 2016 to present pertaining to the placement of a Citi Bike dock within the private housing development known as Stuyvesant Town / Peter Cooper Village, located in New York, New York.
3. Any and all correspondence, including letters, emails, text messages, and any other writing, between the Department of Transportation of the City of New York and NYC Bike Share, LLC and/or Citi Bike from June 2016 to present pertaining to the placement of a Citi Bike dock within the private housing development known as Stuyvesant Town / Peter Cooper Village, located in New York, New York.
3. Any and all documents reflecting the design, planning, feasibility studies, construction, operation, maintenance or specifications of any proposed Citi Bike dock to be placed within Stuyvesant Town / Peter Cooper Village .
4. Any and all contracts to which NYC Bike Share, LLC is a party pertaining to the placement of a Citi Bike dock within the private housing development known as Stuyvesant Town / Peter Cooper Village, located in New York, New York.
5. Any and all internal documents of the Department of Transportation of the City of New York reflecting internal deliberations over the placement of a Citi Bike dock within the private housing development known as Stuyvesant Town / Peter Cooper Village, located in New York, New York.
6. Any and all internal documents of the Department of Transportation of the City of New York reflecting the Department's approval of the placement of a Citi Bike dock within the private housing development known as Stuyvesant Town / Peter Cooper Village, located in New York, New York.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
