The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

To the extent that this request is reasonably described, a search for records will be conducted. We anticipate providing you with a response by May 22, 2024.  Specifically, the request will be processed for any contract or memorandum of understanding referencing Zero Eyes, if any.
The remainer of the request is not reasonably described pursuant to Section 89(3)(a) of the Public Officer’s Law in that references to “other admin agreement”, “other AI detection”, or “any reports” are vague and insufficient in its description to allow the agency to launch a search for responsive records. Typically, contracts are categorized by vendor name. Accordingly, clarification such as vendor name may be submitted to facilitate a search. You may submit clarification to by FOIL@schools.nyc.gov or the scope of the request will be limited to records relating to Zero Eyes as set forth above. May 22, 2024
