Pursuant to Open Public Records Act ("OPRA"), I hereby request the following records:
Any and all settlement agreements with one or both of the following individuals: Travis Rattray; Erica Hankerson
The attached stipulation of dismissal filed in federal court earlier this year indicates at least one such agreement has been signed between the above individuals and the city. This request seeks all such agreements.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.

Hello -
I have received the Newark Police Department's response as to OPRA request PD-17-0392, in which the NPD's Legal Affairs Unit indicates it has no responsive documents pertaining to the relevant settlement agreement or any other settlements.
I believe this OPRA request, which was originally submitted to the City Clerk, was also sent to the City's Law Department, which typically represents city agencies in civil litigation. Please confirm whether there will be a separate response on this OPRA request from the Law Department in addition to the response I have received from NPD.
