Upon information and belief, Kevin Riford sent Niagara County Sheriff's Investigator Stephen Gaydos an email on 02/28/2022
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

In regard to the above FOIL, please be advised that the emails you are referring to were never delivered to Inv. Gaydos. Upon receiving your FOIL request, we had our IT department look into these emails. They went to a spam file and were never received by Inv. Gaydos. They were released from Spam on 3/23/22. The 2 emails contain 11 pages and the attached voice mails were put on a thumb drive. Please forward a check payable to Niagara County Sheriff's Office and sent to P. O. Box 496, Lockport, NY 14095 in the amount of $12.75 ($2.75 for the 11 pages of records and $10 for the thumb drive).
