Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:

In our previous request “Library Proposals 5-2021“ the proposal sent by Steven Yasell's Yissilmissil Productions was dated 5-18-2021*. It is unclear as to how this proposal was solicited by the Niles-Maine District Library Board and why.

We request any and all written records and communications (including but not limited to hard-copy documents, memos, emails, text messages, word processor documents, PDF documents, PowerPoint files, etc.) regarding the “Communications, Technology and Procedural Consultant” contract between January 1, 2021 and the date this request is processed (inclusive of those dates). This includes emails and text messages on privately owned devices.**
