Pursuant to the Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any policy manual, employee procedure manual, or folder of collected policies which guide police operations.

The original format of the documents is acceptable (i.e. PDF, doc, .txt, etc).

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

As of April 1st of this year, North Braddock Borough no longer operates a police department. We are part of a regional police force, the Eastern Regional Mon Valley Police Department (ERMVPD). As such, any and all documents you are requesting in reference to the borough need to be directed to the ERMVPD. If you would like to make a request by mail, the mailing address is the same, however, the department will not respond to any request that is not specifically directed to them, not any of the member municipalities.
