To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the North Carolina Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
I appreciate you taking the time to read my records request.
I would like to obtain all records of arrests on the University of North Carolina at Wilmington's campus from February 2010 to present.
If possible, I would like to receive the data in the form of a spreadsheet so the data can be imported into excel.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.
Sincerely,
Torrey Doell

To Whom It May Concern:
I wanted to follow up on the following North Carolina Public Records Law request, copied below, and originally submitted on Feb. 27, 2020. Please let me know when I can expect to receive a response.
Thanks for your help, and let me know if further clarification is needed.

Two items are slowing our process to respond down: we have multiple data bases over that time thus the retrieval of the data in older ones is difficult and the coronavirus has diverted staff to deal with the effect of the epidemic on the university. We remain committed to responding as soon as possible. Thank you.

Thank you so much, I completely understand time being diverted to other more important things. Take your time and I look forward to hearing from you when things hopefully calm down.
