Pursuant to the North Carolina Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
1. Any records concerning any investigative reports created by the State Board of Elections concerning a violation of either N.C.G.S. § 163-166.3(b) or (c).
2. Any records reflecting any complaints or reports concerning a violation of either N.C.G.S. § 163-166.3(b) or (c).
3. Any records reflecting attempts to warn the public or an individual concerning N.C.G.S. § 163-166.3(b) or (c).
4. Any records concerning any interview, written warning, or "case file" concerning a suspected, reported, or substantiated violation of N.C.G.S. § 163-166.3(b) or (c), as reported here: https://abc11.com/ballot-selfie-voting-polls-booth/4542186/
These requests are limited to records generated on or after January 1, 2016.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
