To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the North Carolina Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
Database(s) showing all courses provided by each district in North Carolina, including but not limited to information of: district name, course number, course name, and total student enrollment in each course, from the years of 2008-2020 (or most recently collected data). These courses should include intensive, standard, honors, AP, IB, as well as courses for credit recovery.
Additionally, NC DPI's data showing cohort graduation rates for districts by race/ethnicity for each year from 2008-2019(or most recently collected data).
I would like electronic copies of the above data in the form of CSV, XLSX, or TXT, not as a PDF.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.
Sincerely,
Valentina Arismendi
