New Hanover Property Taxes (North Carolina Department of Revenue)

Pursuant to the North Carolina Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

Hi North Carolina Department of Revenue and New Hanover County,

I hope whoever is reading this request is doing well.

I am looking to request records on the property taxes on New Hanover homes within the past 10 years that are within 500 feet of the ocean. If the request is not able to be completed, I would appreciate if you know anyone else that would be of help to attain these records.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
